Items will generally be shipped no later than 1 to 2 business days upon receipt of your order. For example, if today is Monday, your order may not be ready to leave our facility until Wednesday. Add to that the required business-days-in-transit via UPS. If you selected UPS Ground, transit time to most locations is 3 to 5 business days. Orders placed on Friday may not be shipped until Tuesday (1-2 business days), and may not arrive until the following Monday or Tuesday if shipped via UPS Ground. If you order an item that is on backorder you will be notified by e-mail.
Return Policy :
All eligible merchandise must receive a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of date on invoice. (Call or Email for RA Number)
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly replace any defective item and refund most non-defective items. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25 % on all returned items.
With a return authorization number, you may return products that:
- Are in their original packaging good condition
- Have original manufacturer information
- Are not used, installed, or disassembled
- Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
- Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
- Custom or special orders
- Installed Parts
- Electrical Parts and Components (Unless they are defective and we are notified with 48 hours of receipt)
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
Items incorrectly shipped to HummerPartsClub.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from HummerPartsClub.com will not be accepted.
Returned items without Return Authorization Number will NOT be accepted.
DO NOT put packing tape or shipping labels directly on original merchandise packaging.
Original packaging damaged by packing tape, water, oil, etc? will NOT be accepted.
Wrong Parts replaced with the correct parts within 30 days will not be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping, excluding premium-shipping methods (ex. Next Day Air, Express Mail).
