Delivery Time

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed.

Some orders are shipped direct from the manufacturer and may be delayed in their shipping process. In other cases, some orders are sent from multiple locations and may require that we ship items from the same order in more than one box. In these particular instances, shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order and you will only be charged one low delivery price.

Custom products or specialty items that are made to order may also require additional lead time for delivery depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location. Please verify your shipping address before you submit your order to ensure the quickest possible delivery.


Some shipping quotes given online are not necessarily accurate and may need to be recalculated manually. This most commonly occurs with orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states, or to APO/FPO addresses.

In the event of any additional shipping charges or alterations to your shipping total, we will contact you and your order will be held pending your approval of any changes.

Shipping Methods

For most orders, we ship using UPS, FEDEX and USPS Ground Service for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous States.

Common Carrier transportation may be required for domestic shipments which are oversized, overweight, or need some type of special handling. In these instances our delivery agent will contact you to schedule delivery.

Shipping Specials

On occasion, SmartCarPartsWarehouse.com may offer shipping promotions, such as free or discounted shipping. Whether immediately stated or not, these specials are only available within the contiguous 48 states and always exclude Hawaii, Alaska, and any of the US territories outside the continental United States.

Return Policy

All eligible merchandise must receive a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of date on invoice. (Call or Email for RA Number)

Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.

Items incorrectly shipped to SmartCarPartsWarehouse.com will not be returned. Items not purchased from SmartCarPartsWarehouse.com will not be accepted. Returned items without Return Authorization Number will NOT be accepted.

Wrong Parts replaced with the correct parts within 30 days will not be subject to a restocking fee or additional shipping, excluding premium-shipping methods (ex. Next Day Air, Express Mail?). Special order parts have there own return policy. Check with our sales department.
